FUTURE:

As shown on this website i work on several projects. The latest is “RAINDANCE” which i hope will become a book and a exhibition one day as i hope for the others.

i also hope to establish a photographic workshop and language-school in Venezuela at the end of 2003. This will also include a workshop focused on latin-american music.

i am preparing a semi-scientific study of W. Eugene Smith´s “Spanish Village”. My idea is to look at his work-method through the eyes of a photographer (me). Through his printsheets and diary it must be possible to pinpoints his focuspoints through the proces of making the photoessay “Spanish Village” (LIFE 1951). The question for me is to find out if he had it all planned or was searhing for ways to show life in the village of Deleitosa Extramadura.

I am preparing a series of courses aimed at hoejskoler, produktion-schools and adult education. The topics will be photography as art, producing portfolios for applications to major photographic schools and short courses for beginners to help them understand the basics in nonconformistic image-making. In other words to help them understand the magic of photography.

At the moment i follow “interkomm+” a study at RUC and from september 2001 i will follow a full-time course in adult-teaching at DPU.
